CBS Rubber Lagging
CBS offers premium rubber lagging in both strips and sheets for use on conveyor pulleys (head, tail, snub and take-up) to prevent belt slippage and improve belt traction, reduce belt wear and increase pulley longevity.
Both strip and sheet lagging are available in diamond, square or plain pattern profile surfaces, in various sizes.
Available in natural, SBR and FRAS approved rubber.

CBS Skirting Rubber
CBS skirting rubber is primarily used to reduce product spillage over the edges of conveyor systems.
Available in various rubber compounds including natural (soft, medium and hard rubber), as well as FRAS and neoprene depending on requirements.
Our conveyor belt skirting rubber is in 30m length rolls in widths up to 1500mm, as well as custom pre-cut strips, in various thicknesses.

CBS Ceramic Linings and Laggings
CBS premium ceramic lining can be used to provide superior protection to surfaces exposed to conditions that rubber lining cannot adequately withstand, e.g. high product velocity, highly abrasive product and high product impact. Ceramic lining has superior wear resistance properties and is typically used in chutes, hoppers and pipes, but can also be used for other equipment.
Tile patterns include square, hexagonal and circular and are available in standard panels or custom pre-cut shapes/sizes as required for easy application.
CBS premium ceramic tile lagging is used on conveyor pulleys to prevent belt slippage and improve belt traction, reduce belt wear and increase pulley longevity in conditions that rubber lagging cannot adequately withstand.
Tile patterns available include arrowhead and square.
